Mailing list
If you have asked to us to tell you about upcoming training events and other service developments, we store your email address in our digital mail system. If you no longer want to receive this information, or would like to change the kinds of information we send you, please click the link at the bottom of any of our emails.
Training and CPD
If you have attended our training events, we will store a record of your booking and attendance for up to five years in order to provide copies of attendance certificates if requested. This forms part of our contract to deliver training. Please let us know if you would like us to delete this information.
Recruitment
If you have applied for a position as an Employee or Associate Therapist and are not successful, we will store a copy of your application materials, and brief notes of the outcome of any interviews, for up to fifteen years. We may use this to inform you of future vacancies. Please let us know if you would like us to delete this information.
If you work for us as a Therapist, we will keep information relating to your contracted work with us in accordance with our Record Keeping and Confidentiality policy. We will keep information relating to your recruitment for up to 15 years after that work ends.
