Reservations for training events can be made by phone, email or via our website. Reservations made in this way will be held for up to seven days, and are secured on receipt of full payment.
We understand that invoices to large organisations may take longer to process. Please inform us within seven days of booking if you require a professional invoice. These bookings will then be held for up to 28 days.
CPD workshops at the Apple Tree Centre are offered to small groups of professionals, with the aim of providing an interactive networking experience as well as enabling practitioners to experience the tools and techniques on offer. While we do hold a waiting list, it is not often possible for practitioners to free themselves at short notice to take up places on these training events.
For these reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or transfers for any bookings cancelled within 28 days of the course date.
